These terms govern your use of the website and services of GoBizSetup (a proprietorship firm registered under MSME, Government of India), operating at gobizsetup.in. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

All engagements are governed by an accompanying statement of work or proposal that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.

Payments

Fees are payable per the agreed schedule via Razorpay, UPI or bank transfer. Late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in your SOW.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, except for our reusable tooling and third-party components.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and can execute NDAs on request.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant engagement in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
