Refund Policy

GoBizSetup (a proprietorship firm registered under MSME, Government of India) stands behind the quality of its work. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Consultations
Consultation calls are free. Cancellations and rescheduling are welcome at any time.
Retainer services
Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time with 15 days' notice. Fees for the current month are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Project-based work
Milestone payments are non-refundable once the associated milestone work has begun. Unstarted milestones will be refunded in full.
Compliance services
Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. Our professional fees are refundable pro-rata for work not yet performed.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gobizsetup.in with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
